Q: How is Connect@Changi different from other hotels in Singapore?
Connect@Changi is a pilot purpose-built facility for short stay accommodation designed for Singapore and international travellers to conduct business meetings and engagements in a safe and contained environment. The facility will offer an integrated 'test-stay-work-meet' experience for inbound business travellers.
Q: What is the check-in and check-out time?
There is no standard check-in and check-out time. The hourly room rates are charged based on arrival into Singapore and departure from Connect@Changi.
Q: What is the maximum number of guests allowed in each room?
A maximum of 2 occupants who must arrive on the same flight are allowed in each guest room. Please stay strictly within your assigned room.
Q: Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed at Connect@Changi.
Q: Is transportation provided from the airport to Connect@Changi?
Yes, the room rate includes two-way airport transfer.
Q: If I am travelling with a colleague/friend, are we able to take the same transfer to Connect@Changi?
Same transfer will be feasible if guests are travelling on the same flight and subject to completion of the on-arrival COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test.
Q: Am I able to leave Connect@Changi and visit the rest of the city during my stay?
Under the rules of Connect@Singapore travel lane, you are required to stay strictly within the compounds of Connect@Changi as stated in your approval letter.
Q: Do I need to checkout at 12pm on the day of my departure?
Connect@Changi will arrange for your airport transfer to Changi Airport approximately 2 hours before your flight departure time. You only need to checkout when notified by front desk that your transport has arrived.
Q: After checkout, can I head to explore the rest of the city?
You will have to head straight to Changi Airport once you have checkout from Connect@Changi.
Q: Can I make my own transport arrangements to Changi Airport?
You should only take the designated transport provided by Connect@Changi which is included in your room rate without additional payment.
Q: May I store my luggage after I check-out?
Luggage storage is not permitted. You will depart directly to Changi Airport based on your flight schedule.
Q: Are we allowed to eat/drink at the courtyard/public area?
No eating and drinking is allowed at the courtyard/public area. In case of non-compliance, a penalty fee will apply by the Singapore Enforcement Officer.
Q: I am not sure if I am able to enter Singapore. Should I make a booking first?
You may find out if you are eligible for travel to Singapore on the Immigration & Checkpoint Authority's (ICA) Safe Travel website.
Q: How do I book a room at Connect@Changi?
You may book a room via the website connectatchangi.sg or via the Connect@Changi mobile application. To download the mobile app, click here.
Q: Do I have to pay for my reservation upfront or can I pay when I checkout?
Bookings are based on full pre-payment upon confirmation via Connect@Changi website or mobile app.

Q: Are the rooms at Connect@Changi sanitised and safe to check-in?
Yes, all rooms will be cleaned and disinfected in accordance to the guidelines set out by the Singapore Ministry of Health (MOH) and the National Environmental Agency (NEA).
Q: Can I head over to my colleague/friend's room during my stay?
You are not permitted to go to other guests' room even if they are part of your pre-declared travel cohort. There are meeting facilities available for booking if you require to have discussions with other travellers in your travel cohort.
Q: What are the testing arrangements?
Upon ArrivalAll incoming guests will have to undergo a COVID-19 PCR test on arrival to Singapore Changi Airport before adjourning to Connect@Changi. Cost of this test is not included in room rates. You will have to make a booking for this test with Changi Airport Group after your SafeTravel Pass is approved. Each traveller must make payment here preferably before their departure to Singapore.During Your StayAll guests at Connect@Changi are required to undergo requisite COVID-19 PCR tests on Day 3, Day 7 and Day 14 depending on the length of stay.DepartureIf your last scheduled PCR test within Connect@Changi is more than 72 hours ago on your day of departure, we will also arrange a pre-departure COVID-19 PCR test before your day of departure from Singapore.All requisite tests undergone at Connect@Changi are included in the room rates.
Q: When will I receive the results of my swab test?
The estimated turnaround time for COVID-19 PCR test results is 12 to 24 hours. The official test results will be sent to you by the Ministry of Health, Singapore via SMS.
Q: What happens if I test positive after my COVID-19 test done at Connect@Changi?
In the event a guest tests positive for COVID-19 during his/her stay at Connect@Changi, we will follow all prevailing protocols and procedures (please click here) as laid out by the Singapore Ministry of Health.Travellers who test positive for COVID-19 in Singapore will be given medical treatment accordingly. Do note that the cost of the relevant medical treatments will be borne in full by foreign travellers. Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents may access Government subsidies and MediShield Life/Integrated Shield Plan to help pay for their bills. Long-Term Visit Pass holders may tap on their usual financing arrangements, such as private insurance, where applicable.
Q: What happens to my pre-declared travel cohort if I test positive for COVID-19?
If you have already interacted with members of your travel cohort either on the same flight or during meetings in Connect@Changi, we will notify them and isolate them in their assigned rooms. Subject to the results of contact tracing, they may be required to serve a 14 days quarantine or comply with the prevailing rules in Singapore for any close contacts.

Q: Is WiFi provided?
Complimentary WiFi is available in all guest rooms, meeting rooms and common areas.
Q: May I request for an extra bed?
In view of the space constraints within the room, no extra bed will be allowed with maximum occupant per room at 2.
Q: Are there restaurant/eateries within the compound?
No, there are no F&B establishments within the compound. Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) will be provided and delivered to your room for consumption.
Q: Can I arrange for delivery to Connect@Changi?
Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) will be provided and delivered to your room or meeting room for consumption. There are also vending machines and self-serve coffee kiosk available within the facility. Guest can also access over 80 dining options via delivery services under Changi Eats.
Q: Will there be housekeeping during my stay?
For the safety and wellbeing of our staff, there will be no housekeeping throughout your stay. Should you require a change of towels, please contact Guest Service.
Q: Do you have smoking rooms?
All guest rooms are strictly non-smoking. If you wish to smoke, please make your way to one of the designated smoking rooms within the compound.
Q: How can I make reservations for meeting room, The Gym Pod and The Spin Pod?
You may reserve available time slots via the Connect@Changi mobile app. Usage of meeting rooms will be chargeable.
Q: How do I pay for the usage of the meeting rooms?
Invoice for the usage of meeting rooms will be provided via email with an online payment link. You may proceed with payment online using your credit card.
Q: Are laundry and dry cleaning services provided?
We provide laundry and dry cleaning services, charges apply.
Q: Is the food provided halal-certified?
All catered meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) provided are halal-certified.
Q: As I have dietary requirements, am I able to request for special meals?
There are special dietary requirement meal options available. Please select your meal options on the Connect@Changi mobile app.
Q: Am I able to select my preferred meal options?
You may login to the Connect@Changi mobile app to change your meal preference at least 48 hours prior. If no selection is made, meals will be served based on the available menu of that day.
Q: When will meals be served?
Breakfast will be served from 07:00 am onwards. Lunch will be served from 12:00 noon onwards. Dinner will be served from 18:30 pm onwards
Q: Am I able to request additional serving of the meals?
We will be providing meals based on breakfast, lunch and dinner. No additional servings will be provided as meals are prepared in advance. We would recommend guests to experience food delivery services available to enjoy the local delights in Singapore.
